What you’ll be able to do:
As a customer service and parts sales specialist, you will be responsible to quote parts and service, research drawings and machines, and support warranty solutions. You will be working with all levels within our organization, as well as working closely with our customers and vendors. This involves being able to successfully develop productive relationships with customers and represent the company favorably. This position offers high levels of independence to the right candidate who demonstrates the desire and ability to self-manage.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts or service based on their needs.
- Identify labor material and time requirements for service quotes.
- Provide warranty support for customer machines in the field.
- Offer technical support and guidance to customers regarding the installation, usage, and troubleshooting of parts and service.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, including specifications, compatibility, and applications.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling related parts and service to enhance the customer’s experience.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure stock of popular items and manage obsolete inventory.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and communications.
- Collaborate with sales teams, marketing, and other departments to align customer service efforts with broader business goals.
Experience / Qualifications
- BS is Engineering preferred.
- Mechanical / Electrical / Robotic Systems
